Arrival/Departure
Rooms are available from 4.00pm (16.00hrs) on the day of arrival. If you will be arriving later than 6:30pm (18.30hrs) or have some difficulty please let us know.
If we do not hear from you we reserve the right to relet your room after 7.00pm (19.00 hrs).
We would appreciate it if you could vacate your room(s) on departure day by 10.00 hours.

Cancellation Policy
cancellation within 1 week of arrival: 50% of total amount of booking
cancellation within 48 hours of arrival: 100% of total amount of booking
no show: the full amount of your booking is payable
We are aware that cancellations are often unavoidable and if we can fill your room(s)
again, then any charges incurred from cancellation will be dropped.
